Client Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

​

To respect the therapist's time and ensure availability for all clients, the following policy applies:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking.

• Rescheduling: You may move your deposit to a future booking if at least 48 hours' notice is given.

• Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited.

• Late Arrivals: Treatments will conclude at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next appointment. The full treatment fee remains applicable.

2. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

This practice provides professional holistic therapy only.

• Zero Tolerance: Any illicit remarks, sexual advances, or aggressive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session.

• Payment on Termination: If a session is terminated due to misconduct, the full treatment price is still owed and is non-refundable.

• Professionalism: Modesty is respected at all times through professional draping (toweling).

3. Referral System (New Male Clients)

​

To maintain a safe and trusted environment, all new male clients are accepted by referral only.

• Please provide the name of the person who referred you at the time of booking.

• The therapist reserves the right to refuse service at their professional discretion.

4. Health & Safety

​

• Consultation: Clients must complete a health consultation form honestly. Please notify the therapist of any changes to your health or medication before each session.

• Contraindications: Therapy may be refused if a medical condition makes the treatment unsafe.

• Sobriety: Clients under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs will not be treated, and the cancellation fee will apply.

5. Arrival & Neighborhood Etiquette

​

As this is a residential area, your cooperation in respecting the local community is greatly appreciated:

• Parking: Please park responsibly on the road and ensure you are not blocking any neighbors' access.

• Timing: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

• Environment: Please silence your mobile phone upon entry to maintain a quiet, healing atmosphere.
